1.Overall management of Lab’s technical department (TD), storage, purchasing, health, safety and environment (HSE). 2. Directing the activities of the Automation Project by providing direction & work priority to the concerned team.
3. Perform feasibility studies of plans proposed by lab management and general management teams.
4. Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
5. Responsible for General maintenance programs and software together with TD, included but not limited to electricity, heat, water and equipment updated etc.
6. Manage and support execution of all automation projects according to agreed timelines and report on progress.
7. Develop and monitor progress and make adjustments as needed. 8. Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
9.Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement, utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
10.Co-operation of Engineering &Project Department of the company.
11. Responsible for lab’s purchasing planning and supervision, included but not limited to production material, TD’s equipment, spare parts, project material etc.
12. Responsible for supervising the storage management of lab, not included plant stocks.
13.Responsible for quality of the area of Operations, delivery results on compliance and safety.
14. Responsible for communication with production-related work with other departments.
15.Enhance the team motivation through constant internal communication, training and maintain good labor and team members relations.
16. Responsible for properly allocate manpower including labor schedules, temporary workers, records and shift. This is often according the requirement and programs of production.
17. Responsible for HR related subjects within operation department.
18. Responsible for formulating operational related regulation, make sure this regulation is abided effectively.
19. Responsible for health, safety and environment (HSE) of lab.
20. Responsible for hygiene within the team and area of responsibility.
21.Weekly reporting on TD related tasks, HSE and Project status, purchasing etc. (where needed).
22. Yearly budgeting of operation department.
23.Responsible process flows within the department of Operations.
任职资格及学历要求：
1. Electro-Mechanical or equivalent technical/engineering degree required
2.Experience working in a regulated GMP environment
3.Minimum 5-8 years of experience in process design and process improvement, in setting up and maintaining automated production lines.
4. Strategic thinking mindset and experience in developing project roadmaps, can solve problems creatively
5.Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
6. Strong organizational, analytic mind, management skills.
7. Positive work attitude, flexibility and responsibility, team player
8. Demonstrated ability to interact well with peers and across all levels of the organization
9. Strong in developing and empowering employees to achieve success.
10. Strong interpersonal skills
11. Good understanding of MSOffice
12. Fluent in Chinese language, good spoken English
